Arizona Relay Service (AZRS) is a public service provided by the State of Arizona and administered by the Arizona Commission for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing (ACDHH). AZRS services make communication by telephone easy, accessible, reliable and convenient for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have difficulty speaking.

Customer Service
Customer Service is available to answer any questions or to receive customer suggestions, comments or complaints. When calling about a specific incident, please remember to provide the relay operator's identification number, date and time of call. For assistance during a relay call, the caller may ask to speak to a supervisor.

Customer Service will accept requests for Arizona Relay brochures, outreach materials, presentations, or any other additional relay information. Customer Service will also accept feedback regarding website accessibility, context, service, and quality.
